We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your set, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your package.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and safely packed in the original jewelry box. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless damaged during transit.
How do I start a return?
Please email us at info@bridaljewelleryset.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return warehouse address and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
